Most of our items are custom-made, especially nameplates and personalized décor.
Processing time may vary depending on the product:

  • Customized products: 5–12 business days

  • Non-custom products: 2–5 business days

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders typically take:

  • 5–7 business days for delivery within India

  • Remote or special service areas may require additional time

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service conditions, weather issues, or operational delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected items or during special promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via:

  • WhatsApp or SMS (if applicable)

Customers can track their shipment status anytime using the provided tracking information.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
We are not responsible for:

  • Additional charges for re-attempted deliveries

If a package returns due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

We will assess and offer a replacement or resolution as per our refund policy.

7. Multiple Products in One Order

Depending on stock availability and production timelines, items in a single order may be shipped separately.
You will receive tracking updates for each parcel.

8. International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available, unless mentioned otherwise.
