1. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Custom/Personalized Products
Most of our products are custom-made or personalized, including nameplates, printed décor, and customized home décor items.
These items are not eligible for refunds, except in cases where:
The product is received in a damaged condition
The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order
There is a major defect in craftsmanship
- Same-day refunds are only applicable if the request is made on the exact day of order received. Refunds cannot be processed or transferred after the another day of order received under any circumstances.
b. Non-Custom Products
Refunds for non-customized items may be accepted if:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
The product packaging is intact
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
A clear photo or video of the damaged product
After verification, we will offer either:
A replacement of the same product, or
A refund, depending on product availability
3. Incorrect Product Received
If the product received does not match your order, please notify us within 24 hours.
We will arrange for:
A replacement, or
A full refund
4. Items Not Eligible for Refund
Customized or personalized products
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
Orders canceled after production has started
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or wrong product)

5. Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect. - Return request should be raised within 1 day after delivery.
- Approved Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once production begins on customized items, cancellations cannot be processed.
